Cathodic Protection

Cathodic protection is arguably one of the most important methods used to protect pipelines buried in the earth, as well as marine structures and ships. Ensuring the long-term effectiveness of a cathodic protection system requires dedicated monitoring and surveying of performance, and competent individuals to conduct the surveillance.

Consisting of three levels of certification, from demonstrating basic theoretical knowledge in the entry level to the ability to recognise and solve system-operating problems in the advanced level. The CSWIP Cathodic Protection Personnel certifications provide a means for those working in cathodic protection to demonstrate their competency easily and effectively to clients and employers alike.
