As a plastic water and chemical tank manufacturer with an extensive product line ranging from water tanks, to chemical tanks, with applications across a variety of industries, from agricultural to construction applications, Enduramaxx understand the importance of ensuring their team are able to deliver their products to the highest standard.
To this end, several members of the Enduramaxx team recently gained CSWIP Plastics Welder Certification with TWI Certification Ltd. Each candidate was required to complete and successfully pass theoretical and practical assessments, for each examination category; butt fusion and socket fusion welding of Polyethylene (PE) and Polypropylene (PP) pipes and hot gas and extrusion welding of PE and PP sheet, in order to gain the certification. By doing so they are able to demonstrate their competence in welding thermoplastics in new constructions and in repair. This certification, which is provided in accordance with industry standards (BS EN 13067), assures both employers and clients, that any welding conducted, is meeting quality requirements.
Enduramaxx supported their team members in gaining CSWIP Plastics Welder Certification to ‘enhance and maintain their knowledge in all aspects of plastics fabrication and be able to prove their competency by successfully completing a recognised certification. ’
“Ensuring every product, from our water tanks to our complex chemical storage solutions meets uncompromising quality standards is a core strategic pillar for Enduramaxx. Our investment in the CSWIP Plastics Welder Certification directly reflects this commitment. This process empowers our skilled fabrication team to prove their competence against the strict guidelines of BS EN 13067, thereby assuring both Enduramaxx and our clients that the thermoplastic welding supporting their critical infrastructure is executed with the highest level of proven expertise and reliability.” – Stuart Moss, Enduramaxx
